I had the privilege of having Ashley attend my sons birth. I was nervous since it was my first baby and she was able to help me through it. She assisted me in breathing through contractions and then later she helped coach me through pushing. For me to have another person around at such an intimate and revealing time I had to trust her and feel comfortable with her and I was. She was very professional but at the same time easy to connect with. I enjoyed having her there and would recommend her to everyone!

She gave me the focus and support I needed and was a wealth of information throughout my pregnancy. Ashley is definitely a doula that puts her entire heart into her profession. She was by our side every step of the way and after my son was born she continued that support. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and helped us feel secure in becoming a new family, supported us in our decisions for childbirth and was one of my biggest assets during my labor.

Ashley was an amazing addition to our birth team! My husband and family still marvel about how calming and supportive she made the experience, we could not have done it without her - she had many laboring tips which we feel helped (leading up to actual labour, and during) I couldn't believe how comfortable and wonderful my birthing experience was because of her, I felt confident and with her easing myself and my husband through it made the experience less scary. My husband enjoyed having her there so he felt like what he was doing was helpful and effective with her advice. She even stayed the first night in the hospital with me so my poor hubby could sleep! If you are thinking you need a Doula, my family HIGHLY recommends Ashley for the calming, supportive experience!
